  • Insurance based PT clinics are unable to provide the level of care that is expected at ACE ELITA due to being limited by insurance companies.

    Ex: If you sprain an ankle and want to run marathons insurance will cut off PT visits when you are able to perform activities of daily living (ADLs) like walking in the grocery store or climbing stairs. This is a far cry from running even a 5k.

    At ACE ELITA we do not just get you back to walking, we would get you back to running.

    Also, ACE ELITA comes to you. Think of all the gas and time you save by not going to a PT clinic 3x a week!

  • No, ACE ELITA is considered an out of network provider. We do not contract with insurance companies. We can provide appropriate documentation for you to pursue reimbursement with your insurance company directly. You are responsible to contact your insurance company to determine out of network benefits.

    We do this purposefully to provide the highest quality of care. We are not held to what insurance will and will not cover. We are able to treat the whole person and believe this is the best way to help you reach your goals and potentially save money.

    As out of network providers by law we are unable provide physical therapy services if you have Medicare or Mass Health. We can work with you to help achieve your wellness and training goals.

  • Yes we do.

  • We understand that life happens. Sometimes this may require a cancellation or a schedule change. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice.

    For cancellations under 24 hours a $150 cancellation fee will be charged. No Show appointments will be charged the full price of service. Cancellation fees and No Show appointment charges will be charged to the credit card on file. A credit card is required to reserve an appointment.

    Extenuating circumstances will be reviewed on an individual basis.
